This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from our brands.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Customer Support
All return and refund requests must be submitted via email.

- Include: brand name (DOTTZ*) and order number
- Response time: 1–2 business days
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met:
- Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- All original components are included
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (if stated at purchase)
- Free gifts or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photo or video evidence
- Description of the issue
Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide order details and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item to the provided address
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.
Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.

International Orders
For international orders (Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, United States):

- These charges are non-refundable
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance
